Order process

Looking to buy a plant or plant box online? Below you’ll find a description of our order process. It’s a simple process that will only take a couple of minutes to complete, even less if you already have a personal Plantler account.  

Creating a personal Plantler account

To be able to place your order, we’ll need a couple of details. When placing your first order, you can choose to create a personal Plantler account. Using this account you can check your order status online. You could also sign up before placing an order. After creating your personal account, you’ll receive a confirmation per email after which you’ll be able to sign up.  

I already have a Plantler account

If you already have a Plantler account, click on the ‘log in’ button at the top of the homepage and use your email and chosen password to log in.  

After you have logged in, follow the steps below: 

  1. Choose your item (s) and place them in the shopping cart.
  2. Once you’vefinished shopping, check your order in the shopping cart. (If you have a voucher code, you can also enter it here). 
  3. Check your personal details and choose a different delivery address if necessary. You also have the option to add a greeting card with a personal message to the order.
  4. Choose the delivery date.
  5. Pick your preferredpayment method and complete payment. 

After completing payment you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email.  

All products on Plantler.com are available, and our range is updated on a daily basis. If, for whatever reason, we won’t be able to deliver your order within the estimated delivery term, we will contact you to find a suitable solution. We might agree to ship your order later than planned, or you could choose to dissolve the purchase agreement and receive a refund.
