Description

The Areca palm is very similar to the Kentia (Howea), the main difference being that the Areca’s leaves are more soft to the touch. This green indoor plant is an effective air purifying plant that carries the ‘Air so Pure’ label.

Place the Areca palm in a light spot, in filtered sunlight. Make sure the potting soil is always mildly moist, but not wet. It’s best to water the plant regularly, and to give small amounts of water each time. Just enough to moisten the potting soil. Make sure never to place the Areca palm near a radiator.
