The Philodendron Scandens (Heartleaf Philodendron) is an easy-care hanging plant. With proper care this indoor plant can be a very fast grower. There are over 200 Philodendron species, most of which originate from South America. The Philodendron Scandens is one of the strongest species of all.

Place the Philodendron Scandens in a light or semi shady spot, clear of direct sunlight. Make sure the potting soil is always mildly moist, but not wet. It’s best to water the plant regularly, and to give small amounts of water each time. Just enough to moisten the potting soil.
